Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Safety Specialist to join our team at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff while in and around the pool area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pool area and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed.
  • Collaborate with our swim lesson and aquatic program teams to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in regular in-service training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest safety protocols and procedures.
  • Requirements:
    • Lifeguard certification from an accredited organization.
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
    • Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
