Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency medicine services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Management: Independently assess and manage patients with acute medical conditions and injuries, utilizing your expertise in emergency medicine to make accurate and timely diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Comprehensive Care: Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and administer medications, fluids, and other emergency treatments as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and guidelines in emergency medicine, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree and Licensure: Possess a medical degree and a valid license to practice as an Emergency Medicine Consultant/Specialist.
  • Residency Program Completion: Have completed a recognized residency program in emergency medicine.
  • Experience and Expertise: Demonstrate extensive experience in managing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions and injuries, with a strong foundation in emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Hold valid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
