Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments (AKI). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, MEP projects, and landscaping. You will be expected to liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and laborers to control site installations and reduce errors.
  • Carry out accurate setting out, leveling, and surveying of the site to verify plans and quantities.
  • Ensure all materials used and work performed meet project specifications.
  • Oversee material and equipment management, ensuring timely delivery to site.
  • Manage contract design documents to align with project requirements.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the workforce to maintain open communication and coordinate project activities.
  • Supervise and monitor the site labor force and subcontractors to ensure proper management of site activities.
  • Organize site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure all activities are completed as per specifications.
  • Prepare reports and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in agriculture or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in MEP projects related to landscaping.
