Overview of the role:
The Site Manager will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, this role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
What you will do:
1. Oversee all on-site construction activities and manage day-to-day operations.
2. Coordinate with all project stakeholders, engineers and subcontractors.
3. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
4. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
6. Resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
7. Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management and clients.
Required skills to be successful:
1. Proven track record in managing construction projects.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
