Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

Talent & Performance Management
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the firm attracts and retains top talent.

- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are effectively implemented across the business.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with the company's global HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic & English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- 10 years of HR experience in professional services, consulting, or legal services within a global organisation.
- Strong experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Deep knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in the Middle East.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
