  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are effectively implemented across the business.

  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with the company's global HR strategy.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • 10 years of HR experience in professional services, consulting, or legal services within a global organisation.
  • Strong experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in the Middle East.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
