Job Description:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and supporting the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. Key responsibilities include providing guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on talent management, performance management, and employee development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
