The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, industrial hygiene, and contractor HSE & welfare management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leading the development of innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the preparation of documentation for assigned projects.
  • Evaluating problems, organizing investigations, and establishing performance specifications for components, equipment, systems, processes, etc.
  • Adhering to and complying with relevant discipline-specific procedures and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with HSE-related specialization or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, with majority in onshore downstream/methanol projects.
  • Preferably with ADNOC PMC project experience.
  • Able to work with other disciplines to meet delivery dates and design targets.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE roles with a focus on occupational health, industrial hygiene, and contractor HSE & welfare management.
