We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Specialist to join our team at Daman - National Health Insurance Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various policies, processes, and procedures within the Healthcare Information System (HIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop policies, processes, and procedures within HIS.
  • Support monitoring of HIS processes, outputs, records, KPIs, performance reports, and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Assist in monitoring resource utilization, occupancy, and budget to optimize their defined levels.
  • Coordinate employee hiring, skill development, and onboarding processes internally and with HR.
  • Serve as the point of contact for various audit systems, corporate risk management, and business continuity management.

Requirements:
