We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Specialist/Consultant to join our team at Searchplus Hr Consultancy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to newborn infants and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for newborn infants from birth to discharge, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Provide prenatal care for high-risk infants, working closely with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Assist in premature or problematic deliveries, providing immediate care and support to newborns and their families.
  • Care for infants' nutrition, developing and implementing feeding plans to ensure optimal growth and development.
  • Treat infants born with infections or who contract infections after birth, working closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Neonatology or a related field.
  • Experience working with newborn infants and their families.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and families.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
