Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and management activities.

  • Manage all financial records and accounts for regular audits to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to promote trust, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, including opportunities for professional development.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders to enhance strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison with legal and fiscal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in financial management and decision-making.
  • Prior experience in a similar managerial position within the consumer goods sector is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in SAP or comparable accounting software is required.
