About the Role
  • This Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for implementing the Marketing & Communications strategy, coordinating marketing efforts across cross-functional teams and suppliers/agencies for assigned brands.
  • The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Manager in expanding our footprint, differentiating Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Brief, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives through an annual Marketing calendar aligned with overall brand Marketing & Communications strategy.
  • Develop and manage strategies for campaigns across search engines and app stores in collaboration with media agencies.
  • Drive SEM and Paid App marketing efforts, identifying new opportunities to grow our presence on Google, App Stores, and Affiliate Networks.
  • Prepare performance reports with analysis to update management on marketing spend per brand and optimize utilization within the Marketing budget.
  • Support building clear understanding of brand values, customer profile, and behaviors to ensure relevant marketing communication and messaging.
  • Create synergy between channels of communication, reaching the brand message to customers through effective and efficient mediums.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline diverse efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Brief, coordinate, and execute advertising and promotional plans to drive traffic and sales (Offline and online).
