This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Real Estate/Infrastructure investment team of a leading global private equity firm. The position is based full-time in the Middle East region.
What the job involves
- Lead and execute real estate and infrastructure deals, leveraging expertise in deal structuring and negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective deal strategies, ensuring successful outcomes in both sectors.
- Source and identify new deal opportunities within the Middle East region, utilizing industry connections and market knowledge.
- Manage and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
Who we are looking for
- Extensive experience in leading and executing real estate and infrastructure deals, with a proven track record of success.
- Deal structuring and negotiation expertise, with the ability to navigate complex transactions.
- Previous exposure to the Middle East market, with a deep understanding of local regulations and market trends.
