We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterpark Supervisor to join our team at Dubai Holding Group. Key Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the waterpark, ensuring that all facilities and services are running efficiently and effectively.
- Facility Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of all beach facilities, including washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, and beach area, to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Ensure that all financial procedures, including cash handling and float management, are followed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by motivating and supporting cashiers and beach attendants to maximize sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Feedback and Reporting: Handle customer feedback and complaints, reporting back to senior management and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as reasonably required by management, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
