Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Waterpark Supervisor at Dubai Holding Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our waterpark facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist the Senior Supervisor and Management in overseeing daily operational requirements, ensuring that all staff members follow standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the day-to-day operation of the beach facility, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of all beach facilities, including washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, and beach area, to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately, and work with staff to maximize sales and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback and Complaints: Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner, reporting back to Senior Supervisor and Management as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide regular reports on operational performance, sales, and customer feedback, as required by Management.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waterpark operations, customer service, and team management. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
