Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Hermès Dubai Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the front-end operations, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and till procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train and direct junior cashiers, setting high standards for customer service and performance.
  • Process transactions, handle goods, and deliver them to clients, optimizing the customer experience.
  • Ensure the front-end areas are neat, stocked with necessary supplies, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong mathematical skills.
  • Possess good customer service background, cash handling experience preferred, and professional behavior.
