Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies
- Utilise value management techniques to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including preparing and presenting final cost plans
- Contribute to the procurement process, ensuring effective execution from prequalification to contract preparation
- Supervise the preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses, and assist with formal execution
- Advise on the administration of building contracts
- Oversee the measurement of valuations and ensure effective cost checking and valuation work
