Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Officer to join our team at شركة G4S. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit risks, collecting payments from customers, and reducing outstanding days and amounts overdue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Credit Risks: Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, ensuring that payments from customers are collected as per approved credit terms.
  • Collection of Outstanding Receivables: Effectively collect outstanding receivables, reducing the overall outstanding days and amounts overdue.
  • Resolve Invoicing Issues: Resolve invoicing or other issues that cause non-payment, ensuring that reports are generated and submitted on time.
  • Monitor Invoicing and Billing Processes: Continuously monitor invoicing and billing processes, improving control and ensuring adherence to quality management system procedures.
  • Assist in Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of relevant monthly/weekly reports, ensuring that department goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or any relevant field from a recognized educational institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Collection and Credit Control.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite applications, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledgeable and experienced in working on ERP packages.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Speaking & Writing) is a must. Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and a valid UAE Driving License.
