Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Development: Design and develop process systems, including process design, simulation, and optimization, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and delivery, to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including process simulation, equipment sizing, and safety relief calculations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years in the GCC region.
  • Skills: Proficient in process simulation software, including HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, and Pipesim.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management experience, including team leadership and project management.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
