To be considered for the role of Regional Trainer at Charterhouse Middle East, the successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainer with a background in luxury retail, retail operations, or store management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
  2. The ability to be an analytical and strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  3. The ability to adapt to different retail environments, with a flexible and adaptable approach to training and development.
  4. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner; Italian would be an added advantage.

As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of Charterhouse Middle East's luxury retail business. You will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, with experience in training and development. You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions. You will also be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
