Job Description

The Human Resource (HR) function is undergoing significant changes, transforming from the traditional Personnel Department to a strategic business partner. As an HR professional at European Quality Training Centre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's approach to HRM. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business performance and improve employee engagement.
