Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive energy management plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Deploy IoT solutions for real-time energy monitoring, temperature control, and automated system optimization.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to minimize utility expenses.
  • Lead projects to achieve carbon reduction and align with ESG goals.
  • Pilot and oversee solar energy projects to evaluate feasibility and scalability.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance through adherence to local and international energy standards.
  • Implement energy-efficient technologies, such as renewable energy systems, IoT, and other integrations.
  • Train staff on energy-saving practices and foster a culture of sustainability.
  • Analyze and present regular reports on energy performance, cost savings, and sustainability progress.
  • Develop accurate forecasts to support energy initiatives, while monitoring utility expenses and related costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) – highly preferred.
  • Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or other energy-related certifications.
  • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.
  • IoT or smart building technology certifications.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in energy management, facilities management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing energy-saving projects and technologies.
  • Experience with IoT systems, renewable energy solutions, and smart building technologies.
  • Strong background in sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
