Role Summary

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a proven track record in business development and capital raising. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of tokenized real-world assets (RWA), traditional financial markets, and blockchain-based investment vehicles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire institutional investors, crypto treasuries, organizations, and high-net-worth individuals for RWA-yielding products.
  • Act as a hunter, proactively identifying and engaging with new prospects to increase AUM (Assets Under Management).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Assets (crypto) and institutional sales, with a strong track record in business development and capital raising.
  • Deep understanding of tokenized real-world assets (RWA), traditional financial markets, and blockchain-based investment vehicles.
  • Established network of institutional investors, family offices, and corporate finance decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to drive AUM growth, meet aggressive sales targets, and close large-scale deals.
