Main Responsibilities

  • To develop comprehensive architectural designs, from concept to detailed drawings, that meet the needs of our clients.
  • To create high-quality visual materials for client presentations and meetings, showcasing the design's features and benefits.
  • To coordinate designs holistically, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements, and providing creative input to improve the design.
  • To develop systematic color and material palettes that enhance the overall design and create detailed working drawings that accurately represent the design intent.
  • To create area statements that clearly communicate the design's features and benefits, and provide creative input to improve basic functional design.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the field, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in Architectural Concept Design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
