About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing modernization projects, preparing bid responses, negotiating with customers, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue modernization projects, including bid opportunities and negotiation with potential customers.
  • Propose and negotiate down payments from customers.
  • Manage job details throughout the sales process, including contract documents and approvals.
  • Collaborate with field management on projects and coordinate activities related to equipment ordering and installation.
  • Participate in ongoing project management activities, including site visits and meetings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 4-5 years of experience in the same field in UAE. Excellent English language skills are essential, with Arabic being an advantage.
