Operations Officer- Technical Assistance Specialist

The Arab Monetary Fund (AMF) is a leading regional financial institution, established in 1976 to foster economic stability and development in Arab countries.
Mission:
To provide technical assistance and resources mobilization for capacity development activities, promoting economic stability and sustainable growth in Arab countries.
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Officer to join our team in the Technical Assistance & Resources Mobilization Division. This role will involve supporting the administration of work plans, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring the timely execution of operational tasks within budgeted timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the division's annual work plan and budget, providing administrative and operational accounting services.
- Develop and maintain the AMF's consultant database, ensuring easy access for the technical assistance team.
- Coordinate inputs to periodic reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Organize and coordinate division events, including regular team meetings and external events.
- Engage with AMF's IT team and provide updates on technical assistance and partnership activities for the AMF website.
Requirements:
- A master's degree from a reputable university in business administration or related fields.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with technical knowledge in public finance, financial sector development, and public digital infrastructure.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Good analytical skills and technical competence in the area of the division's objectives.
