Job Summary:
The HSE Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices, and implementing Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards.
  2. Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and promote a safe working environment.
  3. Develop and implement effective PTW procedures for high-risk activities.
  4. Maintain accurate records of site inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  5. Collaborate with site personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  7. Provide training on H2S safety procedures and enforce gas testing in hazardous areas.
  8. Ensure compliance with LOTO and Confined Space Entry procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
ADNOC HSE Approval Certificate (Mandatory)
Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore)
Knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, OSHA, ISO 45001, and UAE labor laws
Experience with PTW, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety training.
