The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the luxury 5-star hotel industry. They will also have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, as well as experience with CRM software.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to articulate the resort's positioning in the marketplace and develop strategies to increase revenue.
