Al Nahiya Group seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to assist the Group Head of Contract in managing and administering contracts.

The successful candidate will contribute to the effective structuring, implementation, and monitoring of contracts, ensuring their successful execution while safeguarding the organization's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Document Preparation: Prepare Tender Documents, Contract Documents, and Agreements to facilitate smooth contract administration.
  2. Official Correspondence: Draft and prepare official correspondences to support contract management.
  3. Government Entity Coordination: Coordinate with government entities for obtaining necessary approvals.
  4. Department Budget Activities: Support budget activities and report progress to the department head.
  5. Procedure Improvement: Monitor department works for procedure improvements.
  6. Company Guidelines Maintenance: Maintain company guidelines and regulations.
  7. NOC Application Support: Assist with Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) application.
  8. Document Control: Manage document control and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector as an Administrative Coordinator is essential.

Experience in managing contract documents is highly desirable.

Language Requirements

Native Arabic speakers are preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
