Job Description

The Public Affairs Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Setting clear expectations and tracking project timelines for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitating key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives
  • Establishing clear next steps and owners, and resolving blocks that impede progress
  • Proactively assessing risks, raising flags, and resolving issues before they become problems for the larger team
  • Supporting the team with effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and information distribution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, public relations)
  • 7+ years of work experience on political and/or public affairs campaigns
  • 1+ years of experience working closely with a creative agency, producing large-scale campaigns, managing vendors, and working with stakeholders across a creative team
  • Experience tracking legislation
  • Experience working with policy, communications, marketing, legal, and creative teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally
