  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursement requests.
  • Conduct daily financial operations, including the verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to confirm that all bills and payments are accurately recorded.
  • Generate detailed reports on the status of accounts payable.
  • Ensure the correct allocation of invoices to appropriate funds, accounts, and cost centers.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations related to accounts payable processes.
  • Verify entries and compare system reports to balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Process employee payments by validating expense reports and preparing checks.
  • Prepare account analyses and produce monthly financial reports.
  • Safeguard the organization’s assets by maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Identify and report opportunities for improvement or potential risks to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Preference will be given to UAE nationals.
