We're seeking a highly motivated Commercial Partnership Executive to join our team. As a Payment Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners and optimizing our standard operating procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing partners, including banks, card schemes, alternative payment methods, and third-party providers.
  2. Enhance Amazon Payments' standard operating procedures with partners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Resolve operational and business escalations in a timely manner.
  4. Negotiate preferential commercial terms and improve payment costs with partners.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience with technical providers and financial institutions.
  6. Design and deliver workshops and training sessions with associated partners.
  7. Partner with the legal team to optimize partnership agreements and lead effective negotiations.
  8. Suggest automation procedures, customizable solutions, and manual process substitutes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating favorable terms, reducing payment costs, and driving collaboration across teams.

This role demands a forward-thinking approach to relationship management and a keen eye for process improvement and automation opportunities in the payments space.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of generating new opportunities with a focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution.
Minimum 2 years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment.
Advanced experience using Salesforce.com, including dashboard and report development, and programming skills.
