Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive sales of our smart IoT-based solutions for smart buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and develop direct outreach strategies to target high-value clients.
  • Convert leads generated by marketing into actual sales.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of our smart IoT solutions.
  • Identify customer pain points and position Syncrow's solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate and close medium to high-value contracts, ensuring strong profitability and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience: Minimum five years in technology, IoT, or SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills: Ability to persuade, influence, and seal the deal with high-value clients.
  • Lead generation expertise: Skilled in hunting for new business and building your own pipeline.
  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of IoT platforms, SaaS models, and cloud computing.
