We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Property Finder Group. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for shaping the design and user experience of our B2C products.
This is a key role in our design team, where you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products.

About the Role

  • Design Leadership: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for a B2C product or set of products, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
  • User-Centered Design: Drive user-centered design practices throughout the product development process, championing customer needs and creating effective design solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality products, leading cross-functional design activities and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities, using research and data to inform design decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping, with experience in using data and research to drive design decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design's role in achieving business goals and user needs, with experience in contributing to and executing design strategies within a product team.
