Job Description
  • Oversee a team of Solutions Engineers across the META region

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in driving adoption of Couchbase Capella and supporting customers in their digital transformation journeys. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing go-to-market strategies with regional sales leadership
  2. Guiding the SE team in technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and PoC execution
  3. Serving as a technical escalation point for complex customer engagements
  4. Fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the SE team

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing technical role
  • Two or more years of experience managing technical teams
  • Deep knowledge of modern database architectures, including NoSQL and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise application development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
