As a Building Infrastructure Coordinator at Al Rostamani Group LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing asset registers, performing preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, and implementing energy-saving measures to reduce carbon footprint.
Main Duties- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers to track equipment and system performance.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with contractors to deliver fit-out, refurbishment, and small works projects.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements- Degree in Engineering (MEP background) or equivalent experience.
- Member of a trade association (MEFMA, IWFM) is desirable.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage.
