About the Role
\(This is a critical position that plays a central coordinating function across our Operating Companies (OPCOs) in the GCC and LATAM regions. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business units and international IT teams, promoting a unified technology experience across these regions. They will be responsible for driving IT infrastructure improvements that enhance security, scalability, and performance, while also building strong relationships with OpCo IT teams and facilitating knowledge-sharing and alignment with group-wide imperatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, EntraID / Active Directory, Teams, etc.
  • Endpoint/device management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
  • Network infrastructure and security (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).
