Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support our business growth and accounting department at Parisima Talent.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in processing invoices, transactions, and expenses, as well as updating our accounting database.
You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, preparation of financial reports, and maintenance of accounting records.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions and prepare financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
- 1-3 years' experience working in Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
