Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations and plan, organize, and direct new employee training.
  • Training Content Creation: Customize content and design training modules focused on defined competencies and audience requirements.
  • Training Delivery: Manage and deliver training sessions on technical, functional, and behavioral subjects.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with leadership, managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with line managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in Leisure, Entertainment, or Hospitality.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn, teach, and effectively use writing/authoring tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Prezi, and Articulate, and Adobe or comparable development tools.
  • Certification: ID Design Certification preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced relationship management skills, demonstrated through experience in influencing staff and leaders at all levels.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the GCC.
