  • Law Enforcement and Military Experience: Leverage significant operational experience in security management, law enforcement, or military to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of global/international security laws, regulations, and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects and deliver results on time, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Lead a culturally diverse team and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' regional/global security experience, with significant operational experience in security management, law enforcement, or military.
  • Travel: Significant domestic and international travel required.
