We are seeking a Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Najma Human Resources and Training Consultancy. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the safety and technical training sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Opportunity Identification: Utilize your industry expertise and market knowledge to identify potential clients and partnerships that align with our business objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs, informing our sales approach and product offerings.
  5. Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role within the safety training or technical training industry in the UAE.
  • A strong network and client base in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • A UAE driving license is preferable.
  • Preferable on their own visa.
