About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance and testing of all electrical equipment in our plant. This role is critical to maintaining the availability and reliability of our process facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Isolate and energize electrical circuits, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, as per company authorization.
  • Complete electrical isolation confirmation certificates to ensure completion of activities.
  • Identify and obtain spare parts and necessary tools to meet maintenance requirements.
  • Perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment to ensure optimal operating condition.
  • Install, modify, and test equipment through various stages as per plan and in line with supervisor's instructions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing modifications and improvements to the system.
  • Verify completed maintenance activities and complete maintenance activity sheets to ensure jobs are performed as required.
  • Update and maintain drawings, records, and other documents related to electrical equipment for continuous availability.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical discipline or higher education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintaining electrical equipment in a large industrial plant, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Good knowledge of measurement with precision tools.
