Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of corporate products, including loans, liabilities, trade, cash, collaterals, and treasury products.
    • Collaborate with business, operations, and support teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy and availability through validation and quality control processes.
  • Data Product Development
    • Lead the development of data products, including data modeling, functional specifications, and implementation.
    • Work closely with data engineers and test engineers to ensure successful product delivery.
    • Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, and platform teams to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Data Governance
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, testing, and quality control processes.
    • Collaborate with data consumers to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Actively communicate with data consumers to ensure successful product adoption.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data products meet business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in data management and data governance domains.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in holding managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong banking domain knowledge and experience in implementing robust data management solutions.
  • FRM certification preferred.
