Job Summary:

Finastra USA Corporation is seeking a qualified Fusion Essence Deployment Manager to lead the implementation, deployment, and customer onboarding process for Fusion Essence customers in the MAAP region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects to ensure quality of deliverables, managing customer expectations, and delivering on customer commitments.

This role involves collaborating with the Pre-Sales and Sales team to estimate the professional services side of proposals, creating the Statement of Work (SOW), and working with the customer and legal to negotiate the SOW. Additionally, the Fusion Essence Deployment Manager will manage revenue and cost forecasting to meet financial targets by effectively handling project backlog and cost projections vs estimations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership in a professional or managed services environment, knowledge of core banking or enterprise software solutions, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also possess commercial acumen, project scoping, resource utilization, and optimization skills.
