Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Instructor to provide exceptional support to our faculty and students. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and stimulating educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching Support: Assist faculty members in planning, preparing, and implementing daily teaching/learning activities, including the development of various teaching aids for use in the classroom.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students with lesson assignments, reinforce learning concepts, and assist with experiments, research, and projects.
  • Administrative Support: Participate in college committees, assist with course management, and carry out tasks assigned by the Dean, Head of Department, and/or course Instructor.
  • Program Development: Assist in planning, developing, and managing teaching laboratories, as well as organizing and implementing internship programs.
  • Student Advising: Assist faculty members with student advising and support students in their academic journey.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, adequate English proficiency, and ability to use software packages and engage with the latest learning/teaching tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, understand and follow specific instructions, and provide a supportive and caring environment for students.
  • Professional Development: Ability to update and develop professionally through further education and training.
