Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Receive and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
    • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any guest issues promptly.
  • Operational Management
    • Maintain awareness of rate levels and occupancy levels to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of Front Desk employees, ensuring that guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Verify cashier closures and ensure accuracy of billing and attachment.
  • Knowledge and Communication
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions, providing guests with expert recommendations and information.
    • Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Previous experience in Front Office Department within a hotel.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Computer literate and previous experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
