Job Overview

Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrity Engineer to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our operations.

About You

  • You will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in inspection/integrity, including 5 years in a senior supervisory position.
  • You should have exposure to multi-engineering disciplines and experience in operations, maintenance, and projects functions with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Your effective communication and people management skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  1. You will direct, supervise, and control the activities of assigned personnel, including allocating work and determining priorities.
  2. You will perform supervisory functions and exercise functional/authority at Team Leader level as established by the Technical Authority Framework.
  3. You will act as Technical Authority Level 2 for all aspects related to inspections of static equipment, including process equipment, pipelines, tanks farms, etc.
  4. You will identify different levels of technical accountability with clear delegations of technical authority.
  5. You will support projects (major/minor) and MOCs through assigned and dedicated TA-3s.
  6. You will ensure inspection services are in line with applicable codes and standards, ADNOC and ADNOC Refining standards, and industry best practices.
  7. You will recommend enhancements for assured mechanical integrity for existing refineries and other facilities, as well as all AR projects.
  8. You will lead the implementation of inspection plans/inspection tasks as stipulated by various applicable documents in compliance with relevant procedures.
  9. You will plan and execute turnaround inspections as per scope and ensure complete compliance.
  10. You will develop and endorse inspection policies, standards, and DGS/AGES documents.
  11. You will monitor and ensure compliance to inspection work lists.
  12. You will lead inspection optimization and risk-assessed approaches for managing asset integrity risks while ensuring process safety.
  13. You will provide technical resolutions/decisions on TQs and DCAs raised by pre-FEED/FEED consultant/EPC contractor.
  14. You will lead and advise on project-related inspection requirements.
  15. You will ensure close coordination with corrosion, NDT, and QAQC teams to deliver inspection services with high efficiency.
  16. You will ensure that team activities are budgeted, planned, and implemented to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient operations at optimum cost with a highly motivated and competent team.
  17. You will lead or participate in preliminary investigations and studies of incidents, failures, or deficiencies to identify root causes and provide recommendations for remedial actions to avoid recurrence.
  18. You will review performance of equipment and ensure technical assistance is provided for trouble-free operation when necessary.
  19. You will evaluate and recommend proposals for plant modification or improvement.
