  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance project performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and construction schedules.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in mechanical engineering, with a focus on site operations and construction projects.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
