Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide in-depth legal advice and support to clients on complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  2. Advise on all commercial contracts, including those covering sales and distribution, franchising, commercial representation, import and export regulations, manufacturing, marketing, service provisions, and online terms and conditions for mobile applications or desktop websites.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on commercial and corporate law issues and provide recommendations to clients.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues specializing in taxation, banking, and insurance to develop innovative strategies to fund and support tax-advantageous investments in the international market.
  5. Advise clients on commercial transaction matters, with a strong focus on data protection and compliance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university and admission to the UAE, UK, or European Bar Association are essential. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in transactional law, preferably in a reputable law firm or commercial transactional department, with 3 years of experience working in Dubai, is required. Strong understanding of UAE commercial transaction laws and regulations, excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
