Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, responsible for performing survey work on a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our Senior Highway Surveyor to execute survey tasks and ensure accurate data collection.
  2. Establish primary control points, including reference ties, to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  3. Maintain detailed records of measurements, rod readings, and calculations in field books.
  4. Coordinate with contractors to prioritize work schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Verify survey work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.
  6. Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
  7. Participate in joint measurements of completed work or payment.
  8. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated regularly.
Requirements
  1. Relevant university or college qualification in Civil or Survey Engineering (minimum 3 years).
  2. RTA/DM Approval is preferred.
Experience

At least 10 years of experience in construction and/or supervision, with knowledge of existing networks in the Emirate of Dubai.
