**Job Type: Temporary (6 months) extendable**

**Job Summary**:
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys using cutting-edge surveying equipment and methodologies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and delivering precise survey data for the designated project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant features.
- Utilize total stations, GPS equipment, and other advanced surveying tools for accurate measurements.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to provide survey support during the specified project duration.
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and industry standards in all surveying activities.
- Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders within the 6-month timeframe.
- Use CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment for optimal performance during the contract period.
- Stay updated on advancements in surveying technology relevant to the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in operating total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- In-depth knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and legal regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional licensure as a Surveyor is highly desirable.
- Having own valid visa.
